What Is Better 12v Or 24v Cummins. The 12v is not a better engine but it is cheaper to Bomb modify then a 24v. You can put on a 10 or 11 TST torque plate less than 300 and be at 285 to 300 RWHP.
They are dependable and economical for what they are. If you want all out HP then the 12v can make more. These engines are known to hold up better at extreme power levels when compared to the 24v engines.

What is the difference between 12v and 24v Cummins. On the 12v you can put a plate here and adjust a spring there and get way more power for cheaper out of it but you dont have the info and tuning at your finger tips.
